Property Sales
In response to multiple requests from our clients to assist with Property Sales, RPM expanded our service range to include property sales in January 2016. The aim of this move was to provide our clients with an alternative to the traditional sales agents and to allow you to continue with a company that you already trust. We believe that we are best placed to assist our clients with any property services they may require.
Our Number One focus is always Property Management, and property sales is an additional service that we now offer our Property Management clients.

Tammy Becker
Principal
Tammy took over the RPM business in 2012 after 7 years of working in Office Management roles for Vodafone. Tammy has brought her exceptional organization and customer services skills to the Property Management business.
As the Owner of RPM Tammy is focused on growing the business into Brisbane’s best focused Property Management provider.
Michael Becker
General Manager
Michael studied Business at QUT before spending 8 years working in the Mining / Oil and Gas Sector in a range of HR and Strategic Supply Chain positions.
In 2013 Michael made the decision to join Tammy on a full time capacity at RPM. Michael is passionate about building a loyal client base through delivering on promises and maximizing returns.
Ellie Barnes
Property Manager
Ellie is qualified Property Manager with extensive customer service experience. Ellie uses her past experience to ensure that the rental process is smooth for our clients and tenants alike.
Kendal Rapson
Property Manager (Part Time)
Kendal is currently studying Accounting at UQ, she is a qualified property manager and assists in the RPM Woolloongabba Office while completing her studies.
